Welcome to Don Bosco Hr. Sec. School Sechü-Zubza's website. We hope you find all of the information you are looking for and that the website will give you an insight into the life at our wonderful school.

Don Bosco Hr. Sec. School Sechü-Zubza falls under Western Angami Region. It is 18 km away from the state capital, Kohima. The School is blessed with clean and healthy environment, making it the suitable place for learning. Tucked in the midst of the simple and humble people, surrounded by the freshness of the nature, we aim to develop in the children their talents, to reach their potential and to be happy during their time with us. We base our education on reason, religion and loving kindness after the example of our great father and founder St. John Bosco. We provide an outstanding learning environment rooted in Christian values.

Based on the motto of the school ‘excelsior’ we encourage and accompany our students to strive higher and higher in their learnings and reach the highest glory of their life without forgetting God, the provider.  We strive continually at the school to provide learning of the highest quality, been a teaching school, we are lucky to provide training and support through the affinity teaching school alliance.

For the past 25 years, the school produced competent men and women, persons of high caliber, able to serve responsibly at the highest level of the state as well as outside the state, as bureaucrats and civil servants. The School has recently upgraded to Higher Secondary (2019).

Our aim is to recognize each child's individual talents, we want pupils at Don Bosco Hr. Sec.School Sechü- Zubza to have memorable lifelong learning experiences. I believe our school is very special, we have a learning environment to be proud of, amazing teachers and support staff, and as a result pupils are engaged, enthusiastic and proud of their school.

Thank You
